Superior Healthcare is seeking a dedicated and energetic Support Worker in Amesbury, Wiltshire to provide exceptional care for our complex care client who lives in their own home. Our client Our client needs support with Brain Injury, Peg, Epilepsy and medication. Your role as a Support Worker would include, but not be limited to, assisting with the client’s day or nighttime routine, supporting with any clinical intervention required throughout the shift, providing personal care, administering medication, and regularly accessing the community during a day shift. Shift requirements Days: 7:00am to 19:00pm. Waking Nights: 19:00pm to 07:00am. REGEBO Responsibilities To closely observe and monitor the client for clinical intervention. To be friendly, engaging and hold a great conversation with the client around their interests. To assist the client with moving and handling, including the use of equipment such as hoists. To show the client dignity and respect when providing personal care to the client. To regularly refer to and follow care plans written by the Nurse Manager to ensure exceptional person-centred care is provided. Requirements 6 months professional care experience in the UK based in a healthcare setting. Previous experience working with complex care clients.
