They’re focused on how they engage and retain their community and as they scale, they’re looking for a CRM Manager to shape and lead their retention strategy. If you thrive in a creative yet data-driven environment, this could be the perfect role for you!This is a hands-on, strategic role where you’ll be the link between data and creative – building campaigns that don’t just land but genuinely connect. From automated journeys to loyalty programmes, you’ll be central to how the brand speaks to it’s customers and keeps them coming back for more.As CRM Manager you will:Own the end-to-end CRM strategy – from planning and execution to analysis and optimisationDeliver multi-channel campaigns across email, SMS and push that drive retention and engagementDevelop smart segmentation strategies and tailored customer journeys that feel personal and timelyBuild automated flows such as welcome, post-purchase and win-backCollaborate with creative and marketing teams to ensure messaging is consistent and on-brandTake ownership of the CRM calendar – coordinating drops, launches and engagement campaignsRun A/B tests, tracking performance and using insights to make campaigns even strongerHelp shape and manage loyalty and VIP initiativesKeeping an eye on the competition and bringing new ideas to the tableWhat will you need?3+ years of CRM experience within a fast-paced DTC fashion, beauty, or lifestyle brandExperience using Klaviyo and confident in building automated flows, segmenting audiences, analysing performance and driving retention through data-led campaignsA creative eye and strong commercial awareness – you know how to balance design with resultsConfident analysing performance metrics and using data to drive improvementsBasic HTML/CSS knowledge for email formatting is a plusA proactive approach and a collaborative mindset – you enjoy working across teams and making things happenWhat’s on offer:£35,000 – £45,000 basic salary (depending on experience)The chance to join a genuinely exciting brand in growth modePlenty of opportunities for development and progression as the team expandsLots of autonomy, great work culture and a team that values your ideasFor more information, please contact Angelina @ Golden Fox Recruitment on 0121 599 0108 or email angelina@golden-fox.co.uk.
