Commercial Property Associate/ Solicitor (Investment) - 2 PQE - 7 PQE - £55,000 - £80,000
This is a superb opportunity to join a highly establish city firm, leading in independent commercial law based in Manchester, recognised for its high-quality real estate work and long-standing client relationships.
The firm acts for a broad client base including property investors, developers, landlords and tenants, owner-managed businesses and corporate occupiers. Due to continued growth across both its investment and general commercial property practices, the firm is now seeking to appoint multiple Commercial Property Solicitor to join its expanding team.
This is a varied and high-quality role combining investment acquisitions and disposals with wider commercial property matters. You will work closely with experienced partners while managing your own caseload, advising on transactions from instruction through to completion.
The successful candidate will be expected to handle matters with a good degree of autonomy, while benefiting from full administrative and partner support within a collaborative and ambitious team environment.
The Candidate
* A Commercial Property Solicitor with a minimum of 2 years' PQE.
* Experience in investment acquisitions and disposals (Buying and Selling).
* Strong landlord and tenant experience (leases, renewals, agreements for lease).
* Experience acting for lenders and/or borrowers in secured lending transactions.
* Ability to manage a varied caseload independently.
* Strong drafting and negotiation skills with commercial awareness.
* Excellent organisation and time-management skills.
* Professional and effective communication with clients and colleagues.
