Duties of a Sales Executive:
* Actively engage with customers to identify their needs and promote suitable used vehicles
* Achieve and exceed individual sales targets in a customer-focused manner
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, enhancing customer satisfaction
* Conduct vehicle demonstrations and explain features effectively
* Process sales transactions efficiently and accurately
* Assist in achieving dealership sales objectives and reputation
* Keep up-to-date with vehicle knowledge, industry developments, and market trends
* Support the team with promotional activities and showroom presentation
Requirements of a Sales Executive:
* Proven experience in automotive sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
* Strong desire to deliver outstanding customer service
* Full UK Driving Licence held for a minimum of 6 months
* Enthusiasm for cars and automotive knowledge is highly desirable
* Ability to work five days per week, including weekends on a rota basis
* To qualify for a company vehicle, candidates must have held a valid driving licence for at least six months
