At Soho House, the Club Manager will hold a central leadership role, overseeing all aspects of the daily operation to ensure a consistently exceptional experience for members, guests, and staff. With a strong focus on service delivery, team management, operational excellence, and upholding the Club's brand values, the Club Manager acts as the on-site lead across departments-hospitality, facilities, member services, and events.
As a visible and approachable leader, you will inspire your team to uphold the Club's culture of discretion, sophistication, and attentiveness, while maintaining a profitable, safe, and well-organised environment.

Key duties...
Ensure that hourly employees are trained on company core values, job roles, responsibilities, and technical and service aspects of the job
Lead engaging training sessions on Soho House food and drink programs through storytelling, demos, and initiatives like "Cook House," "House Tonic," and "Club School.
Collaborate across departments to ensure every guest interaction is seamless, aligned with brand expectations, and delivered with consistency.
Support recruitment efforts by identifying talent needs, participating in interviews, and evaluating candidates alongside People & Development.
Oversee onboarding and development of new team members, ensuring the floor team is confident, polished, and guest-focused.
Be visible on the floor and engaging with the members gaining feedback and noting any comments through the reporting channels and directly to the kitchen and front of house team
Ensuring that members and guests have a great experience and resolving any issues before they depart
Contact person for all staff for any requests and problems and being responsible and pro-active in problem solving
To ensure that the club team is appropriately groomed and wearing the correct uniform in accordance with site and company standards
Ensure the menus are updated monthly and are correct at time of printing, adhere to GM's deadlines for menu printing
Coordinate tasks and work with other departments to ensure that the department runs efficiently
What we are looking for...
Minimum of 2+ years' experience in similar capacity
Thrive in fast-paced, high-volume environments and maintain calm, through quickly and effectively problem solving under pressure
Must be hospitable, approachable, passionate about customer service and respectful towards colleagues and guests
Must be able to demonstrate competency as outlined in the training schedule and Club School
Must be able to work flexible shifts and schedules, including weekends and holidays as needed
Ability to take direction, work in a team environment and autonomously
