This role will involve travel to our Chorley & Warrington office.
As a Talent Acquisition Graduate, you will…
* Supporting the Talent Acquisition Partners with day-to-day recruitment activities
* Managing and responding to emails & queries that come via the careers inbox
* Review of CVs for roles with high volume of applications
* Supporting the coordination of career events
* Attending career fairs to grow the Ipsum brand & our current opportunities
* Responsible for right to work compliance with pre starters
* Manage general queries from candidates/hiring managers
* Support group wide projects led by the Head of Talent Acquisition
About You
Were looking for a driven and ambitious graduate with a 2:1 or above in any subject who’s ready to kick-start their career in a dynamic and supportive environment. If youre eager progress your career in a people focussed role and keen to pursue professional qualifications, we’ll back your journey every step of the way. You’ll be building strong relationships across the business from HR and Operations to senior leadership - so confidence and communication skills are key.
