Site Administrator - Civil Engineering & Construction Site & Office based Dunfermline | £25,000 - £30,000 | Permanent | Immediate Start First People Solutions is currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established, independent civil engineering and infrastructure contractor with a turnover of over £100m. Our client has a strong reputation for delivering technically challenging projects across the UK and is now seeking a Site Administrator to support ongoing works in the Dunfermline area. This is a hybrid role, initially split between the construction site and the regional office in Dunfermline (50/50), transitioning to a fully office-based role after six months. Key Responsibilities: Document control, data entry, and logging of project photos and updates Preparing induction packs and supporting HSE documentation Assisting with health & safety presentations and reports General administrative support to the site management team Requirements: Prior experience in a civils or construction environment Full UK driving licence (essential) IT literate, particularly in Microsoft Office First Aid and CSCS certification (advantageous but not essential) This is an excellent opportunity to join a forward-thinking, employee-owned contractor with a strong project pipeline and commitment to professional development.
