We’re looking for a People & Culture Advisor to join our team in Spalding on a 3-4 month fixed-term contract. You will be responsible for supporting on a range of HR services and initiatives that align with the company’s global and local, strategic objectives. This position will support both the corporate office and factory/warehouse environment and will be responsible for ensuring that HR policies and procedures are followed consistently across all business units.
