Freelance Project Manager – Industrial Refurbishment & External Works Location: Redruth Contract Type: Freelance Project Value: £4.5m Start: May 11th Duration: 22 weeks We are a respected medium‑sized contractor seeking an experienced Freelance Project Manager to lead the delivery of a major refurbishment and car park upgrade to a large industrial warehouse facility. This role requires a confident, site‑focused leader with a proven track record of managing construction projects from inception through to handover.
