Teaching Personnel is working closely with small, welcoming, ‘GOOD’ rated primary schools across the Lancaster (LA1 & LA2) area who are seeking dedicated SEN Teaching Assistants to join their supportive teams from 23rd February 2026. This is a fantastic opportunity to work closely with pupils with a range of needs including Autism, ADHD, behavioural challenges, communication difficulties, and children with EHCPs. The right person will be patient, proactive, and committed to helping every child reach their full potential.
