Reports to: Head of Marketing
Type: Full time, 0800-1800hrs, 4 days per week, Monday to Thursday
A leading art company (Online and in store) - established over 30 years ago! are seeking a Marketing Assistant / Executive yo join their growing team. Fridays off) in a full time role. The role will sit under the Head of Marketing offering guidance and support. This is a hard working busy role, for a local company on a mission to grow their brand event further!
They are seeking a detail-oriented, creative Marketing Assistant to support their dynamic marketing team. You will help plan and execute campaigns, manage social media, analyse performance data and contribute to their overall brand growth in the competitive art space. Ideal candidates are passionate about art, design and digital storytelling.
Content creation: Plan and produce engaging content for social media (Instagram, Pinterest, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn), emails, blogs and advertising, inline with the overall marketing strategy
Social Media Management: Schedule posts, monitor engagement, respond to comments and help grow their online community to the agreed KPI’s.
Email Marketing: Support newsletter creation, segmentation and performance tracking using the agreed platforms
Help in planning and executing product/artist launches, sales promotions and seasonal campaigns.
Visual Asset Coordination: Organise product photos, Roomscapes and videos for marketing use
Market Research: Help identify interior design trends, competitor strategies and customer preferences
Exhibitions: Assist with the pre and post marketing and communication plans for key industry shows including
Manage marketing calendars, coordinate with designers/copywriters, manage stockists marketing support requests
Other Marketing related duties as reasonably requested by your line manager, in line wit the needs of the department
Experience: 1 -2 years in a marketing, communications or creative role, ideally in a relevant industry sector
Basic graphic design (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) and photo/video editing
Familiarity with email marketing tools and analytics platforms
Strong writing, editing and proofreading abilities
Passion for art interior design or home décor
Collaborative team player with a creative eye
