WHAT YOU'LL NEED
1 year + experience with (ideally) breakfast buffet or a-la-carte service
Good level of English and comfortable with guest interaction
Great energy levels even on early starts
Understanding of steps of service
Ability to handle complaints, to turn into compliments.
