Our Role
* Support the Wealth and Investment Management business in administrative tasks, including data management and transactional records.
* Maintain books and records for reporting and investment, support settlement, corporate actions, cash processing, client transfers, and AML compliance.
* Operate under FCA regulation to hold client money and assets, manage ISAs, and support client custody services.
Main Responsibilities
* Provide administrative support within Operations.
* Instruct and escalate issues as needed.
* Create and maintain accurate client data and static data on systems.
* Monitor workflows and volumes.
* Collaborate across teams for compliance and process improvement.
* Ensure accuracy and efficiency in work processes.
* Liaise with internal/external clients and providers.
