You’ll be leading from the front, still close to customers, but with real influence at leadership level.
What You'll Be Doing:
* Managing and developing a UK-wide commercial team
* Owning strategy across pricing, margin, accounts, and growth channels
* Collaborating with ops and engineering to ensure smooth delivery
* Strengthening key customer and distributor relationships
* Driving pipeline performance and unlocking revenue growth
What You’ll Need:
* A strong B2B technical sales background
* 10+ years in industrial/manufacturing environments
* Exposure to engineered or regulated products — ideally valves, flow control, pneumatics, or similar
* Leadership experience - people, process, and commercial delivery
* Commercial acumen - pricing, forecasting, and margin management
