Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Support Worker, based in Birmingham with some work-from-home flexibility. The Support Worker will be responsible for ensuring the welfare and safety of tenants, providing guidance and assistance, implementing safeguarding practices, and facilitating effective communication between tenants and relevant organizations. Daily tasks will include conducting property checks, resolving tenant issues, and coordinating with technical support teams to maintain property standards.
Qualifications
* Interpersonal Skills and Communication skills
* Experience in Support Worker roles
* Knowledge of Safeguarding practices
* Technical Support skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
* Prior experience in housing or social care sectors is a plus
* Valid driver\'s license and ability to travel within the West Midlands
