Are you a passionate and dedicated Teaching Assistant looking for a rewarding new role this September? Aspire People are working with a range of welcoming and supportive primary schools across Warwick to recruit experienced TAs to join their teams in EYFS, KS1 and KS2.
We have both full-time and part-time roles available, offering flexibility and variety to suit your experience and preferences.
About the Role:
Support classroom teachers in delivering high-quality learning across the primary phase.
Provide one-to-one or small group support to pupils, including those with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and English as an Additional Language (EAL).
Foster a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment for all children.
Assist with classroom management and pupil assessments.
Build strong relationships with pupils, staff, and parents to support holistic development.
What We're Looking For:
Previous experience working in EYFS, KS1 or KS2 is essential.
Experience across multiple year groups, as well as with SEN and EAL learners, is highly desirable.
A positive, proactive approach with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one).
Up-to-date safeguarding training (or willingness to complete training before starting).
