Job title: Business Development Executive (Telecoms / Connectivity)
Location: Banbury (Onsite)
Salary: £28,000 basic + Uncapped Commission (OTE £65,000+)
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:30pm

We are currently recruiting for a Business Development Executive to join a high-performing sales team specialising in telecoms, connectivity, and digital infrastructure solutions.
This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to start or develop a career in B2B sales, particularly those who are confident, resilient, and comfortable engaging with senior decision-makers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Outbound cold calling to enterprise and SME businesses
* Lead generation and pipeline development
* Engaging with decision-makers (C-level, Directors, Business Owners)
* Identifying client needs through consultative sales techniques
* Booking qualified sales appointments for Business Development Managers
* Updating and managing data within CRM systems
* Achieving and exceeding KPIs, targets, and call metrics
Required Skills & Attributes:
* Strong communication skills with the confidence to engage senior stakeholders
* High levels of resilience and determination, particularly in a cold-calling environment
* Self-motivated, target-driven, and proactive mindset
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
* Good IT skills and confidence using multiple systems
Desirable (Not Essential):
* Previous experience in sales, telesales, customer service, or outbound calling
* Exposure to telecoms, SaaS, IT services, or technology environments
