The Role
* Manage a varied caseload of high-quality contentious probate matters, including disputes between beneficiaries, executors and trustees
* Advise on the administration of estates and trusts
* Work closely with leading solicitors in a collaborative and supportive team environment
* Supervise and mentor junior members of the team
* Contribute to business development, networking and the continued growth of the department
About You
* Qualified solicitor with 10+ years' PQE in contentious probate
* Strong client care skills with a professional and empathetic approach
* Confident communicator, comfortable building relationships and developing new business
* ACTAPS qualification desirable but not essential
* Local market knowledge and an existing following would be advantageous
