Personal Assistant, Usk Monmouthshire,12 month contract; 20 hours per week; Inside IR35 We currently have a requirement for a Personal Assistant to provide administrative support to 3-4 Directors and will be managed, supported and directed by a Team Leader. The role is working with a prestigious aerospace sector client based near Usk, Monmouthshire. The role is part time, 20 hours per week with 1-2 days required on site. Typical duties Maintaining the Director's complex calendar - scheduling of meetings, conference calls and appointments, ensuring effective utilisation of time and travel Ensure paperwork is readily available for the Director in order to prepare for forthcoming meetings Process monthly expense claims ensuring that business travel is recorded and submitted appropriately Coordinating travel, hotel and transportation both local and international Ensure information is filed correctly and easily accessible via online Portal Maintain effective professional relationships with vendors and business contacts Support and action other supplementary services, such as, hospitality, visitor information, site visits, IT requests Candidates should have substantial experience of providing a secretarial and/or administrative service to Senior Executives Skills Discreet and maintain confidentiality at all times Must be able to use MS Office [Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook] Excellent Communication Skills [Verbal and Written] Excellent team player Ability to Multi-task Morson is acting as an employment business in relation to this vacancy Executive Support; Diary Management: Efficiently managing schedules; appointments; Travel Coordination; Communication Handling; Document Preparation; Meeting Coordination; Confidentiality; Administrative Support; Decision Support; Corporate Governance; Board Policies Stakeholder Liaison; Minutes and Records; Strategic Initiatives; Regulatory Compliance; Problem Solving; Organizational Skills priorities; Professionalism; Initiative; Adaptability; Board Reporting; Board Governance; Technology Proficiency; Team Collaboration; Leadership Support .
