You’ll work closely with the founder and play a key role in the day-to-day administration, service, and operations of the company. It’s hands-on, fast-moving, and full of potential. What You’ll Be Doing This is a small business, not a corporate environment, where no two days will be the same. One day you might be handling admin and stock, the next supporting the workshop team, creating content for social media, or helping with a client handover. Your role will include: General administration, including finance admin such as invoices, purchase orders etc Keeping the day-to-day ticking – managing calendars, appointments & organising the chaos Speaking to suppliers and ordering stock Creating and capturing marketing content with support from our marketing partner Supporting the workshop – prepping vehicles, applying graphics and mucking in when needed In short, you’ll be the founder’s right-hand person, handling the operational and admin tasks that keep everything running smoothly. Who We’re Looking For Skills can be taught, but mindset and attitude can’t.
