Castle Education is working with mainstream primary schools across Scarborough that require dedicated SEN support to help pupils access learning and feel confident in the classroom. The role As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will: Provide 1:1 or small group support for pupils with additional needs Work closely with the class teacher to adapt learning activities Support pupils with a range of needs, including communication, social and emotional development Help create a positive, inclusive and supportive classroom environment Adapt your approach to meet individual pupil needs ️ Follow safeguarding procedures and school policies at all times Provide feedback on pupil progress and engagement You can choose the days you work and the schools that best suit your experience.
