We have an exciting opportunity for a Lecturer in Motor Vehicle Maintenance and Repair at Loughborough College.
Responsibilities
* Plan and deliver lessons covering a broad range of engineering skills, knowledge, and behaviours.
* Support the development of the curriculum, particularly in emerging areas such as vehicle electrification and alternative fuels.
* Collaborate with colleagues to continuously improve the automotive offering and exceed learner and employer expectations.
Qualifications
* Possess a degree in a relevant subject area (or equivalent).
* Have experience designing and delivering vocational or academic programmes to learners.
* Able to demonstrate excellent planning, administration, and organisational skills.
* Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a small cross‑curricular team.
* Relevant automotive industry experience is essential; a teaching qualification is desirable.
