YOU We’re looking for an experienced and detail-driven finance professional to provide essential support during a high-demand period. This role covers a broad range of responsibilities, including month-end processes, financial reporting, audit preparation and business partnering. A key part of your role will be helping prepare accurate financial statements, lead schedules, and audit deliverables - ensuring compliance with FRS 102 and the Charities SORP. You’ll also work closely with internal teams and external auditors throughout the year-end process. The ideal candidate will have: Relevant qualifications (e.g. ACCA, ACA, CIMA) with at least 3 - 5 years of post-qualification experience in a financial accounting or reporting role (charity or project-based finance preferred) Proven experience in preparing statutory accounts and managing year-end audit processes Strong working knowledge of relevant accounting standards (UK GAAP, IFRS) and regulatory reporting requirements High levels of proficiency in Excel as well as experience with accounting software (Sage preferred) Demonstrated experience in general ledger management, balance sheet reconciliations, and month-end close Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
