Overview
We’re Enterprise Mobility, a family-owned, world-class portfolio of brands including Enterprise Rent-A-Car. With a $35 billion turnover and nearly 90,000 employees across 95 countries, we have grown over 65 years into the global mobility leader we are today.
Join us, and as the TargetJobs Graduate Employer of the Year and a Times Top 100 Graduate Employer, we will offer you the freedom to explore your potential and progress on your career path. After an initial virtual orientation, you’ll be assigned to a branch for hands-on training, learning valuable business skills from experienced mentors. Nearly all our full-time employees started as graduates in our Management Training Programme, including our current CEO.
This program allows you to learn our business from the ground up and understand your role in our success. Our promote-from-within culture ensures a comprehensive training experience in management, finance, operations, sales, and customer service. As you advance, more opportunities will become available, such as progressing to a Branch Manager within as little as two years or exploring other areas like Human Resources, Accounting, Revenue Management, and Marketing.
We value diversity and are recognized as a leader in diversity, equity, and inclusion, being listed among The Times Top 50 Employers for Gender Equality and Stonewall's Top 100 Employers for LGBTQ+ Inclusion. We are also a Disability Confident Leader and rank in the top 25 of the Social Mobility Employer Index.
Enterprise remains family-owned, with our CEO Chrissy Taylor, the third generation of the Taylor family. This stability allows us to focus on long-term growth for our business, employees, and customers.
