Senior Recruitment Consultant – Tech & Engineering – Stratford-upon-Avon | Hybrid (3 days office, 2 days home)

Most of our work is perm (around 75%), with some contract and temp falling naturally into place. You’ll have space to develop markets your way, with a team that genuinely listens when it comes to business direction, tools, and tech stack.
This isn't a role for aggressive salespeople. We’re looking for recruiters who care about relationships and want to build something lasting, with clients, candidates, and with us.
