What youll do on a typical day: Lead Transition Projects : Manage onboarding for incoming companies, ensuring seamless integration into HR systems and processes Support Local HR Teams : Provide clear guidance, resources, and toolkits to empower on-site HR managers Enhance Onboarding Experience : Design tailored, engaging onboarding journeys that meet company-specific needs Drive Insights & Compliance : Create reports and dashboards, maintain GDPR compliance, and stay ahead of legislative changes Build Stakeholder Trust : Foster confidence through a structured, professional approach and continuous process improvement What you need to succeed at GXO: Proven experience in HR transitions or change management Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable insights Clear communicator with a proactive, solutions-focused approach Passion for improving employee and company onboarding experience We engineer faster, smarter, leaner supply chains.
