Job Title- Project Manager-Social Housing
Location-Sheffield
Contract Length- 6 months
Salary- £55,000-£60,000
Are you a project manager with a track record of delivering social housing planned works contracts?
We are working with an established property services provider that is looking for a project manager to service planned works projects across Yorkshire. You will oversee a mixture of planned works, including kitchens and bathrooms, voids and roofing works.
As project manager, you will;
1. Organise and review work schedules, including labour and materials
2. Manage both in house and subcontracting teams
3. Liaise with site managers and project coordinators for accurate site updates
4. Ensure the highest quality of work in line with client KPI's
5. Contingency planning and risk mitigation
As project manager, it is required that you;
6. Are a qualified construction manager or equivalent
7. SMSTS and relevant CSCS card
8. Have experience within social housing planned works
9. Have excellent client relationship and communication skills
As project manager, you will receive;
10. Salary equivalent of up to £60,000
11. Permanent potential at contract end
12. Car allowance
