We're recruiting a Customer Service Advisor to support field operations by ensuring that work is scheduled accurately and efficiently. You'll be the link between technicians, suppliers, planning authorities, and customers—keeping things moving smoothly and on time. What You'll Do Schedule proactive and customer-appointed work for field technicians and repair teams. Liaise with customers, local authorities, and internal teams to ensure work meets quality and regulatory standards. Keep customers updated on job progress, setting clear expectations and providing solutions where needed. Manage and adjust workflows in real-time to respond to changing priorities. Identify and share opportunities to streamline operations and improve service delivery. Consistently meet service levels and contribute to team goals.
