Job Title: Project Manager – Consultancy

Overview
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Project Manager to join a growing team within a well-established, high-performing multi-disciplinary consultancy. The role will be based in Bristol and will involve managing a range of commercial construction projects across the Infrastructure, S278, Industrial, and Logistics sectors.
We are seeking a driven individual with a strong background in client-side project delivery, who can confidently manage multiple schemes from inception through to completion. You will be expected to take a lead role in delivering full Project Management and Contract Administration services, including tendering, scheduling, reporting, and stakeholder engagement.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the delivery of commercial construction projects across the UK
* Manage projects from feasibility to handover, ensuring time, cost, and quality targets are met
* Undertake full contract administration duties and tender management
* Schedule and attend client meetings, providing progress updates and professional advice
* Carry out regular site visits and inspections (nationwide travel required)
* Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring strong communication throughout the project lifecycle
* Support the wider project delivery team while working independently on allocated projects
Requirements
* Proven experience delivering commercial construction projects
* Strong knowledge of Infrastructure, S278, Industrial, or Logistics projects
* Comfortable in a client-facing role with the ability to manage stakeholders effectively
* Experience in contract administration, tendering, and construction programme management
* Excellent organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills
