We are now seeking a dedicated and experienced Domiciliary Homecare Manager to oversee the delivery of high-quality care within clients' own home settings. The areas of needs is not exhaustive and care provision may be for clients living in the community with dementia, personal care requirements, feeding, physical health needs such as mobility, or someone just requiring companionship or 24/7 Live in Care. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing this care service provision, supervising staff, and ensuring the well-being of our clients following their assessed needs and requirements. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site position based in Newmarket for a Domiciliary Homecare Care Manager. The Manager will oversee daily operations, coordinate care services, and support a team of caregivers in delivering excellent service. Responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing care plans, managing staff schedules, ensuring compliance with regulations, and maintaining communication with clients, families, and external agencies to achieve high-quality outcomes.
