We are hiring Business Development Manager (BDM) for a Digital Marketing Firm.
Job Location: Jakkur, North Bangalore
Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field,
Experience: 1-3 years of experience in business development for digital marketing services.
Salary: 3-5 LPA
BDM Role is to focus on growing company's digital presence and revenue. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, driving sales of digital marketing services, understand client needs, develop tailored solutions, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful campaign execution and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
1) Lead Generation and Qualification:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through various channels like upwork, email marketing, and direct outreach. Qualify leads based on their digital marketing needs and requirements.
2) Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients. Understand their business goals, challenges, and digital marketing objectives.
3) Proposal Development and Presentation:
Develop compelling sales presentations and proposals that effectively communicate the value proposition of digital marketing services.
4) Sales and Revenue Growth:
Achieve and exceed sales targets by effectively selling digital marketing services and solutions.
5) Collaboration and Communication:
Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, SEO, etc.) to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
6) Market Analysis and Strategy:
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging digital marketing technologies to inform business development efforts.
7) Reporting and Analysis:
Track sales activities, client interactions, and campaign performance. Generate regular reports on sales performance and provide insights to improve service offerings.
Prefered Skills:
A) Digital Marketing Expertise:
Strong understanding of various digital marketing channels (SEO, PPC, social media, content marketing, etc.).
B) Sales and Business Development Experience:
Proven track record in lead generation, sales, and client relationship management.
C) Communication and Presentation Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present proposals and solutions effectively.
D) Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills:
Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop solutions to meet client needs.
E) Collaboration and Teamwork:
Ability to work effectively with internal teams to deliver successful client outcomes.
