Managing and maintaining the Bullhorn CRM database to ensure accuracy and segmentation Creating and delivering targeted email campaigns for candidates and clients Building segmented mailing lists to support recruitment and marketing campaigns Supporting recruiters with candidate pipeline marketing activity Monitoring campaign performance including open rates, engagement and conversions Developing talent communities across key sectors Supporting social media activity across LinkedIn and other digital channels Promoting live vacancies, candidate availability and market insights Ensuring GDPR compliance across CRM and marketing activity Identifying opportunities to improve automation, workflows and engagement Interested?
