Role Overview As a Graphic Designer, you will be a key creative member of our Marketing team, responsible for producing visually engaging content across digital and print platforms. You’ll work closely with the team to develop compelling graphics for social media, websites, marketing campaigns, and other business materials. This role offers the opportunity to shape the visual identity of Indevor Group, ensuring all content is on-brand, consistent, and impactful. You’ll also be encouraged to bring fresh ideas, experiment with new trends and tools, and help us maintain a high standard of creative excellence across all marketing initiatives. Responsibilities Graphic Design: Develop and design engaging graphics for websites, social media, marketing materials, and other digital platforms. Digital & Print Media: Create visually appealing designs for digital and print media, including social media posts, websites, brochures, and marketing campaigns. Creative Collaboration: Work closely with the Marketing team to develop creative concepts and campaigns. Brand Consistency: Ensure consistency of branding and visual identity across all platforms and materials. Trend Awareness: Stay up to date with design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve creative output. Project Management: Manage multiple design projects, prioritising tasks and meeting deadlines. Creative Input: Contribute ideas to enhance marketing campaigns, presentations, and visual communications. Asset Maintenance: Maintain and update visual assets, templates, and style guides for the business. Key Qualities Creative and innovative, able to bring fresh ideas and turn concepts into engaging designs. Detail-oriented, ensuring accuracy and quality in all design outputs. Collaborative, with the ability to work well within a team environment.
