Overview

Salary: £22,000 – £25,000 + Commission (£10 per booked meeting)

About the Company

Our client is a growing digital engagement business that provides innovative solutions to enhance guest experiences across hospitality, leisure, and related sectors. Their platform offers interactive content such as puzzles, news, magazines, and podcasts, designed to keep guests entertained while delivering strong marketing and engagement opportunities for venues.

They are now seeking a driven and results-oriented Telemarketing Executive to help expand their client base by generating leads, booking qualified meetings, and scheduling product demonstrations with decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities

1. Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients within the hospitality, leisure, and guest accommodation sectors.

2. Present the company’s digital engagement solutions clearly and persuasively to potential customers.

3. Book qualified meetings and online demos for the sales team.

4. Maintain accurate records in the CRM system.

5. Follow up on warm leads generated through campaigns, events, and referrals.

6. Consistently meet or exceed weekly and monthly targets for calls, conversations, and booked demos.

7. Provide feedback to sales and marketing teams on market trends, objections, and potential opportunities.

Skills & Experience Required

8. Proven experience in telemarketing, telesales, or lead generation (B2B preferred).

9. Confident, professional phone manner with excellent communication skills.

10. Strong persuasion and objection-handling abilities.

11. Highly motivated, resilient, and target-driven.

12. Comfortable using CRM systems and tracking performance metrics.

13. Knowledge of the hospitality or leisure industry (desirable, not essential).
