Support Worker Role in Andover

Position Details
We are looking for Support Workers at our client's home in Andover. The role involves supporting a male client with locked-in syndrome.
Working Hours
* Early afternoon shifts available (11:30 am - 3:00 pm)
Responsibilities
Morning shifts (9:00 am - 10:30 am): Assisting with personal care, hoisting, and preparing the client for the day alongside live-in staff.
Afternoon shifts (11:30 am - 3:00 pm): Driving the client to various community locations such as shops and parks in his own car.
Requirements
Applicants interested in afternoon shifts must have a valid full UK driving license and be comfortable driving an assisted vehicle. No previous experience required; full training, shadow shifts, and ongoing support will be provided.
