What You'll Do: Investigate & analyse: Review AML Investigations and Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs) for accuracy and appropriate documentation. Account Management: Create and track account closure cases, liaising with business units to ensure timely completion. Communication Champion: Manage inquiries and maintain the Red Flag mailbox while coordinating with various teams. Reporting: Complete Senior Management Notifications and International referrals as required. Quality Assurance: Ensure investigations align with established standards, providing solid evidence for each case.
