As a Product Management Intern in the Enterprise M365 Copilot team, you'll collaborate with experienced PMs to shape the future of AI-powered productivity for enterprise customers. You'll work on high-impact features, partner with engineering and design, and deliver innovative solutions that empower millions of users worldwide.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
* Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
* Must have at least one semester/term of school remaining following the completion of the internship.
* You must be legally authorized to work in the United Kingdom to be eligible for this role
* Understanding of AI/ML concepts and their application in product scenarios.
* Experience with data analysis tools or scripting (e.g., Python, SQL) and familiarity with Microsoft 365 productivity tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail, plus excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Knowledge of agile methodologies and product lifecycle management.

Responsibilities
* Identify customers' unmet or unknown needs and market opportunities for enhancements or development of features via quantitative and qualitative analyses.
* Define and refine product requirements for enterprise-grade scenarios in Microsoft 365 Copilot.
* Drive and track key results, success criteria, and performance metrics; partner with engineering to ensure telemetry is developed.
* Determine features and experiences to prioritise in the roadmap, supporting achievement of objectives and key results (OKRs).
* Collaborate with design and engineering to iterate feature concepts and facilitate reviews for usability and accessibility.
