Design Manager Purpose of the Role The Design Manager will lead the technical design function managing a small team of Designers, assuming full responsibility for the design process working within the renewable energy industry focussing on heat pump networks, solar installations, MVHR as well as M&E solutions. The Design Manager will be the senior, technical authority for the design and installation teams ensuring designs are meticulously detailed, managing the departments workflow, implementing robust & thorough Building Information Modelling (BIM) processes as well as triaging design requests working closely with internal & external stakeholders.
