Fire & Security New Business Development Manager - Central England (East or West Midlands)
Marlowe Fire & Security is the fastest growing fire & security business in the UK. We provide design, supply, installation, maintenance, and monitoring services to prevent, detect, and monitor fire and security risks nationwide. We are seeking an experienced New Business Development Manager from within the Fire & Security industry.
Basic Salary - £35-42,000 (dependent on experience)
Company Vehicle or Car Allowance (candidate's choice)

Key Responsibilities:
* Represent the company professionally and sell fire & security products within an assigned geographical area to meet sales targets.
* Identify and target potential clients, generating new sales opportunities.
* Conduct sales appointments, ensuring customer satisfaction and professional representation.
* Gather and present performance data with proper documentation.
* Achieve and exceed sales targets through strategic planning.
* Develop and implement sales strategies.
* Build and maintain relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders.
* Perform market research and competitive analysis.
* Deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
* Negotiate and close deals.
* Collaborate with internal teams.
Candidate Requirements:
* Minimum 3 years of sales and business development experience, mainly in service contracts.
* Strong network of contacts.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Self-motivated, driven, and goal-oriented.
* Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
* Proficient in CRM and sales tools.
* Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
