Your Responsibilities
* Plan and deliver individualised lessons that support the needs of students with SEND.
* Foster an inclusive and engaging learning environment where all children feel valued.
* Work closely with SEND specialists, support staff, and external agencies to ensure the best provision for students.
* Use EHCPs and personalised learning plans to monitor and assess student progress.
* Implement differentiated teaching strategies to meet a range of learning needs.
* Communicate effectively with parents and carers, providing regular progress updates.
* Participate in school meetings, CPD opportunities, and training sessions related to SEND.
Qualifications
* QTS (or equivalent) and a relevant degree in Education or SEND.
* Experience working with students with SEND, ideally within a primary school setting.
* Strong knowledge of EHCPs, differentiation, and inclusive teaching strategies.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with colleagues and external professionals.
* A passion for supporting children with SEND and helping them achieve their potential.
