Area Sales Manager - Homebased / Field Sales – Greenwich/ Lambeth/ Eltham/ Sydenham

If you're currently working in Field Sales or have the talent to match your ambition to thrive in the biggest and best Food Service sales force, and are passionate about forging a career in sales, we have a fantastic opportunity for an Area Sales Manager to join our Independent Sales Team.
Key Accountabilities
* Build and leverage strong customer relationships through a natural curiosity in the independent sector.
* Grow and retain customers, delivering profitable volume growth against targets.
* Partner with your customers to understand their growth plans, add value, and offer practical solutions and products.
* Understand competitor activity and proposals to ensure you offer the best local solutions.
* Collaborate proactively with the Business Development Manager to understand new customer requirements and ensure a successful handover.
* Act as a brand ambassador for Brakes in your local market.
You should be highly service-focused, putting the customer at the heart of everything you do, providing the best solutions to support and enhance their business. Tenacious and resilient, you’re a self-starter with the drive and determination to succeed, with demonstrable experience of delivering against targets. You’ll also be self-motivated to develop yourself continuously, leveraging various skills and learning opportunities. There is potential for progression into a wide range of commercial roles to develop your career.
Confidence with our modernisation programme and new technology is important, as it improves customer experience and optimises performance. Experience with Salesforce is advantageous but not essential.
