Key Responsibilities
As a Major Account Manager, you will be the heartbeat of our membership relationships. Your role involves face-to-face engagement and innovative problem-solving, focusing on putting members first. You will manage a portfolio of key accounts, working closely with various departments to ensure members feel supported and valued.
* Grow Membership & Revenue: Drive new memberships, upsell, cross-sell, and secure renewals.
* Manage Key Accounts: Retain and expand a portfolio of members, ensuring long-term relationships.
* Identify Opportunities: Generate leads, support contract transitions, and boost engagement.
* Financial Oversight: Manage contracts, renewals, and resolve invoice queries efficiently.
* Track Performance: Maintain CRM records, present updates, and support marketing initiatives.
* Industry Representation: Attend events, share best practices, and uphold Logistics UK's reputation.
Requirements
