The Health Economics (HE) Modeller reports into the Director, Value Analytics Center- Immunology TA Lead for the UK and will be based out of our offices in Maidenhead.

The HTA Team is part of the UK Market Access Division, and our mission is to turn research into reality by securing unrestricted access for patients to our life changing medicines.
Objective
To secure positive recommendations for our life changing medicines by demonstrating cost- effectiveness through the development of the highest quality and most robust submissions possible.
Key responsibilities
* Design and build rigorous models aligned to asset strategy to support product value proposition
* Use early economic modeling to inform internal pricing and trial design strategy, and value proposition development
* Provide economic modeling expertise development of country models
* Provide economic modeling expertise to support planning and strategy for HTA and value assessment submissions and engagement (e.g., ICER/EUNETHTA)
* Provide timely and strategic recommendations by identifying appropriate comparators, target patient populations, and endpoints for the purpose of relative value demonstration.
* Identify appropriate analytic tools & modeling platforms for efficient development of transparent models
* Apply innovative modeling to expand beyond economic modeling into areas such as disease state modeling, capacity modeling, predictive modeling, etc.
* Contribute to evaluation of new modeling vendors and/or partnerships
* Communicate with various medical and non-medical stakeholders.
Qualifications & Experience
Qualifications, Knowledge and Experience
MSc or MPhil (required) or PhD (preferred) in Health Economics, Econometrics or any other related field.
Required skills and experience:
* Expert knowledge in economic modelling and budget impact analysis
* Hands-on knowledge of EXCEL for the development of economic models and/or BIMs including VBA
* Ability to be proactive and motivated under a high-pressure environment
* Ability to work in a global matrix environment with multiple stakeholders
* Ability to work independently and take full accountability over projects
* Excellent communication skills
Desirable skills and experience:
* Experience interacting with HTA agencies, understanding HTA requirements, and contributing to HTA submissions
* Understanding of different HE requirements among HTA countries
