Our client a forward-thinking IT company with their Head Office based in Cirencester is recruiting a Business Development Manager/Account Manager to join their team. Offering excellent benefits as stated below.
The Business Development Manager’s role is to oversee a portfolio of assigned customers, develop new business from existing clients and actively seek new sales opportunities.
Due to the nature of our client, you will need to pass a background check to BPSS Standard (for this you must have worked in the UK for a minimum of 3 years)
Responsibilities will include:
1. Operating as the lead point of contact for all matters specific to your accounts
2. Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships
3. Overseeing customer account management, including negotiating contracts and agreements
4. Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts and customer stakeholders
5. Ensure the timely and successful delivery of business solutions and services according to customer needs and objectives.
6. Clearly communicate the progress of all initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
7. Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas.
