Job Title: Machine Operator – Pero Degreasing Machine
Hourly Rate £ 15.13 per hour including 17.5% shift allowance.

Type of Role: Permanent –AM shift – 6 am to 2.30 pm Monday to Thursday and Friday 6 am to 11.30 am

Key Responsibilities
* Operate two Pero degreasing machines to ensure all fasteners are cleaned in line with procedure.
* Operate in cycle of the above two processes the tin wash machine
* Cleaning of parts in progress and finished parts.
* Keep all computer files and manual paperwork accurate and up to date at all times.
* Any other duties as required within the production facility
* To actively take part in locally focused, or multi-functional continuous improvement teams.
* Ensure housekeeping is maintained to the highest standards.
* Ensure all quality procedures are adhered to.
* Work as fully flexible team member within the Company to maximize levels of production and quality.
* To adhere to all company EHS requirements and actively participate in the identification and elimination of hazards.
Preferably experience of working within a manufacturing environment. Full Training will be given.
