We are currently recruiting a CACHE Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to join a friendly and supportive nursery in Jarrow, working within the 2–3 year old room. This is a long-term opportunity with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate.

Room: 2–3 Years
Hours: Full-time (8.30-4.30)
Start Date: Immediate / Ongoing
Pay: Competitive, dependent on experience
About the Role
* Provide high-quality care and education for children aged 2–3 years
* Support learning and development in line with the EYFS framework
* Create a safe, nurturing and engaging environment
* Plan and deliver age-appropriate activities
* Build strong relationships with children, parents and colleagues
* Maintain accurate observations and learning records
What We’re Looking For
* CACHE Level 3 qualification in Early Years (or equivalent)
* Previous experience working with 2–3 year olds desirable
* Sound knowledge of the EYFS
* Paediatric First Aid (or willingness to obtain)
* Caring, reliable and enthusiastic approach
* Strong teamwork and communication skills

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
