The Role
As a Regional Support Manager (North), you will be the first point of contact for Caremark Franchisees, supporting them in the profitable growth of their businesses. You’ll influence and guide them across key areas including business development, financial planning, recruitment, marketing, training, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
1. Guide Franchisees to build long-term profitability through strategic advice and implementation.
2. Motivate and support Franchisees to achieve growth and development plans.
3. Support with restructuring, crisis intervention, and exit planning.
4. Oversee complaints and ensure appropriate resolution.
5. Approve business premises and Care Manager selection (with Quality Manager).
6. Monitor performance against benchmarks and KPIs.
7. Manage franchise agreement terminations and resales.
8. Attend and contribute to meetings, training, and network events.
9. Prepare reports for the Director of Operations.
Experience
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in, but not limited to:

You’ll need strong commercial acumen, financial awareness, influencing skills, and organisational capability.
