Responsibilities

* Ensuring operational excellence, from store presentation to stock management and health & safety compliance.
* Delivering exceptional customer service, resolving queries, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
* Developing talent within your team, creating succession plans, and supporting ongoing growth.
Qualifications
* Proven experience as a Store Manager, Retail Manager, or in a similar leadership role.
* A strong track record of developing teams and achieving results.
* A genuine passion for retail, customer service, and delivering exceptional results.
