Location: Remote (UK residents only)

Overall Purpose of Job
Are you passionate about ensuring business compliance and driving value from third-party relationships? We are seeking a dedicated Third Party Risk Management and Supplier Manager to join our team. You will play a key role in enhancing our TPRM framework and building organizational capability for compliance and effective third-party management.
Key Accountabilities
* Support the strategic vision and development plan of P&P.
* Stay informed of external market trends related to TPRM, identifying innovations and improvement opportunities.
* Promote a culture of value from partnering with the P&P function.
* Manage challenges from the BRM community regarding TPRM assurance outcomes and best practices.
* Support the development of procurement and organizational capability by training BRMs and budget holders.
* Contribute to operational plans to develop and strengthen the function.
* Assist senior sourcing and supplier managers on key projects.
* Support lower-value sourcing activities to ensure compliance with TPRM frameworks.
* Enhance the capability of the BRM community to manage risk and optimize third-party performance.
* Ensure that material outsource and strategic suppliers have compliant TPRM processes.
* Verify understanding and due diligence for all sub-outsourcing within the third-party base.
* Identify opportunities to optimize contracts and improve outcomes through TPRM best practices.
* Conduct clinics and communications to improve TPRM compliance among BRMs.
* Support BRMs in executing TPRM and serve as the primary contact with the P&P team for TPRM queries.
* Develop and maintain a comprehensive third-party risk management framework.
* Create tools and templates to facilitate TPRM activities.
* Review assurance reports, identify gaps, and plan remediation to ensure compliance.
* Perform quality assurance on TPRM activities and records.
* Prepare content for TPRM assurance and cost optimization meetings.
* Manage procurement activities related to sourcing reports and TPRM record updates.
Experience, Knowledge, Skills
* Experience in third-party risk management within Financial Services.
* Support experience in sourcing activities.
* Knowledge of contractual and commercial terms.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
* Understanding of TPRM best practices in Financial Services.
* Experience in policy and process development.
* Knowledge of financial regulation requirements.
* Strong communication, presentation, and influencing skills, including to senior management.
* Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
Qualifications
* Degree preferred.
