As the company continues to grow, they are now seeking a Contracts Manager to support project delivery and help uphold their reputation.
As a Contracts Manager, you will work directly with insurance companies while also playing a key role in developing and promoting the business. Your core responsibilities will include conducting site visits and surveys, preparing project programmes, writing reports, meeting potential clients, and managing pre-start setups, to name a few.
The ideal candidate will have experience in construction management, an understanding of how-to deconstruction and rebuild a property, whilst be comfortable taking a survey. This is a combined office and site-based role, located near Preston.
